This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused cybersecurity professional to serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients in a fast-paced and highly innovative environment. In this role, you will build long-term customer relationships while supporting complex network security infrastructures, technical projects, and product adoption initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including support, engineering, product management, and sales to ensure customer success across the full lifecycle. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical advisor and advocate for assigned customers, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
  • Manage customer relationships across technical support, professional services, training, and product-related initiatives.
  • Provide project leadership for customer programs, ensuring successful execution of implementation, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with support, product management, R&D, and sales teams to address customer technical issues and drive timely resolutions.
  • Deliver hands-on technical assistance including troubleshooting, system health checks, software upgrades, monitoring activities, and user/device management.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding ticket status, release schedules, upgrade recommendations, and trending issues.
  • Guide customers through beta programs, new feature adoption, and best-practice implementation strategies.
  • Document deployment methodologies, operational best practices, and recommended technical solutions for customer environments.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the product suite, network security technologies, and infrastructure design best practices.
  • Balance multiple customer engagements simultaneously while ensuring consistent communication, prioritization, and successful outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
    • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, technical project management, professional services, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
    • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex network infrastructures, including software-defined and virtual networks.
    • Strong knowledge of network security, client-server applications, Unix/Linux administration, and software troubleshooting processes.
    • Experience applying software upgrades, security patches, and maintaining infrastructure performance and stability.
    • At least one active technical certification such as CCNA or equivalent, with willingness to pursue additional certifications annually.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage technical teams, managers, and executive stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs.
    • Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.
    • Experience with enterprise cybersecurity environments and modern infrastructure design methodologies.
    • Italian language skills are strongly preferred.
