  • Represent the organization at industry forums, stakeholder meetings, webinars, and technical events to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power systems; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in the power systems industry, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
    • Deep expertise in NERC reliability standards, regulatory compliance processes, and emerging large load requirements.
    • Strong knowledge of large load interconnection processes within major ISO/RTO environments, with ERCOT or PJM experience highly preferred.
    • Proven experience conducting power system stability studies, including transient, voltage, frequency, or small-signal stability analysis.
    • Hands-on proficiency with at least one major power systems analysis platform such as PSS/E, PSCAD, TSAT, or PSLF.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop, structure, and commercialize technical consulting services for clients in the energy or utility sectors.
    • Strong business development and client engagement skills, including proposal writing, technical presentations, and scope development.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Highly collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Benefits:
