Job Summary:
The Helper Bees is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for strategic storytelling, strong concept development, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for creating and producing clear, concise, and engaging technical content that communicates our product and service offerings to our target audiences. You will play a key role in developing content that helps establish The Helper Bees as a thought leader in the long-term care industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging technical content for a variety of marketing and communication channels, including website copy, product and service descriptions, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other collateral
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain an accurate and comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our business goals and objectives
• Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to our brand voice and style guidelines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience working with technical subject matter experts to gather and interpret technical information and specifications
• Ability to write content that is accessible to non-technical audiences while still being informative and accurate for technical readers
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience creating and managing editorial calendars and content plans
• Comfort with conducting research and interviews to support content development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in technical writing and content marketing

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer or copywriter, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary Description
$76,000.00 - $86,000.00
