This role is designed for a technically skilled professional who thrives on solving complex problems while supporting operational excellence. You will serve as a key technical resource for both internal teams and clients, providing expertise to optimize workflows, ensure adoption of solutions, and deliver seamless service. The position combines hands-on troubleshooting, configuration management, and analytical reporting with client engagement and training. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing system efficiency, supporting SaaS platforms, and contributing to the development of best practices. Accountabilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and act as a trusted advisor to operational contacts.
  • Apply clinical workflow knowledge to optimize system configurations and improve outcomes.
  • Partner with clients to drive adoption, deliver training, and recommend configuration enhancements.
  • Manage escalated issues, resolve complex technical requests, and document solutions thoroughly.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools to prepare insights for business reviews and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product documentation, process improvements, and best practice guidelines.
  • Deliver tier-three support and collaborate on product feedback and enhancement initiatives.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
    • 2+ years supporting SaaS customers or troubleshooting technical workflows; healthcare or clinical workflow experience preferred.
    • 1+ year experience with solution implementation or technical support for enterprise clients preferred.
    • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and customer service abilities.
    • Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Looker) is a plus.
    • Adaptable, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth.
    • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
