Technical Program Manager (PEO)

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, engineering execution, and product delivery, enabling large-scale initiatives across complex SaaS platforms. You will act as a key driver of alignment between product, engineering, and platform teams, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into clear, executable plans. The position requires you to orchestrate multi-team programs, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery flow across interconnected systems. You will bring structure to ambiguity, using data and insights to improve predictability, velocity, and outcome delivery. A strong focus is placed on enabling empowered teams while ensuring alignment to business and customer value. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, technically complex environments and enjoys shaping how large organizations execute at scale.

• Lead cross-functional program execution by translating product strategy and OKRs into coordinated delivery plans.
• Orchestrate complex, multi-team initiatives across product, platform, infrastructure, and engineering domains.
• Drive clarity across execution by identifying dependencies, risks, and delivery bottlenecks while enabling smooth flow.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to ensure alignment between strategy, design, and execution.
• Leverage data and delivery metrics to monitor program health and support informed decision-making.
• Use AI-driven tools and insights to identify risks, improve predictability, and optimize delivery performance.
• Coach teams on agile delivery practices, autonomy, and outcome-focused execution.
• Contribute to improving organizational systems, processes, and frameworks for scaled delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or similar roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale, multi-team initiatives across product and platform environments.
• Strong technical fluency with understanding of APIs, system architecture, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to translate strategy and OKRs into actionable execution plans.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar program management platforms.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking delivery and outcome metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern engineering practices is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
