SailPoint is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager - Compliance to drive some of our most complex, business-critical initiatives for our Product and Sales organization. We are looking for a technical program manager who has experience driving large organization wide compliance initiatives (FedRamp, SOC, PCI, C5). This individual is passionate about cultivating relationships, deep compliance experience in a SaaS based organization, and has experience influencing across organizational boundaries. You will manage a portfolio of programs from beginning to end to ensure we're executing successfully and delivering amazing results.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong trusting relationships with leaders across Engineering, Sales and Product Management
- Experience in the framework building, request for evidence and coordination processes required for compliance related programs that enhance our compliance footprint and engage us into new markets.
- Accountable for the technical specifications of change compliance process flows for FedRamp, SOC, PCI and C5
- Experience in contributing to software development, business requirements, process mapping, documentation, and user stories supporting the product roadmap for a business-critical Gov cloud computing platform.
- Improve/update compliance management training materials and outreach in collaboration with our Compliance Communication team lead to increase compliance and from engineering teams and leadership.
- Demonstrate experience in top-tier program management and thorough analysis to encourage consistent communication, regulatory and security development and progress reports to stakeholders.
- Keep cross-organizational/cross-functional teams focused on what is most important for the business & your program's success.
- Identify and understand bottlenecks in the system and ruthlessly open them up including making and communicating tradeoffs.
- Anticipate, recognize, and work through risks, resistance or setbacks which impact program execution.
- Use technical judgement to drive strategic alignment & compliance delivery.
- Develop program plans & schedules covering all phases of the program lifecycle.
- Provide thought leadership and a continuous improvement mindset to methodically work through problems/challenges.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience driving large Compliance programs and delivering excellent results (FedRamp, SOC, PCI, C5) - 5 of which must be in software product development (SaaS, Web App, etc.)
- Ability to build frameworks to track and execute Compliance program direction.
- Highly evolved EQ and ability to adapt to the needs of the program and current maturity of the teams.
- Passion for building partnerships and experience leveraging those to achieve success.
- Relentless passion and persistence and a focus on meeting commitments
- Self-driven and highly motivated work ethic
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Deep experience is driving Compliance related programs in FedRamp, SOC and PCI
- MBA
- ISA/IEC certification
- Exposure to product development in both large and small companies
- (Bonus points!) Experience with Identity Management, Security or Governance
