This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Recruiter based in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling technical recruiting function focused on hiring exceptional engineering and product talent across North America. You will operate as a strategic partner to hiring managers and senior leadership, helping shape how technical teams are built from the ground up. The environment is highly collaborative, product-led, and data-informed, with a strong emphasis on quality of hire over volume. You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior and staff-level technical roles, working across engineering and adjacent disciplines such as product, design, and data. This is a high-impact role where you will influence hiring strategy, candidate experience, and recruiting systems as the organization continues to scale rapidly. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values autonomy, and enjoys building scalable recruiting processes while delivering exceptional talent outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for senior technical roles, including engineering and adjacent functions such as product, design, data, security, and QA, ensuring a consistent and high-quality hiring process.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to define role requirements, shape hiring strategy, and advise on market conditions and talent availability.
  • Drive sourcing strategy and talent market mapping to identify and engage high-caliber candidates in competitive technical markets.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches while prioritizing effectively based on business impact and hiring urgency.
  • Design and continuously improve recruiting workflows, ensuring a structured, repeatable, and scalable hiring process across teams.
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, efficient process management, and high-touch engagement when needed.
  • Use data and recruiting analytics to track funnel performance, improve conversion rates, and optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within product-led SaaS or high-growth technology environments.
    • Proven success hiring senior and staff-level engineering talent, with exposure to adjacent technical roles such as product design, product management, data, or security.
    • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide hiring decisions in ambiguous or fast-moving environments.
    • Deep understanding of technical talent markets and the ability to assess signals of strong engineering and product capability.
    • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve process efficiency and hiring outcomes.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to operate in a documentation-first, highly collaborative culture.
    • High autonomy, strong prioritization skills, and comfort operating without heavy structure or step-by-step guidance.
