Technician 3, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform Machines Preventive Maintenance and up keep maintenance record
• First line of defence to attend machines un-schedule down or quality issue
• Team player. Communicate to different departments for collaboration for operational efficiency. 
• In depth knowledge with Automation/Control System.
• Able to handle sudden changes and pressure to bring up machine in short notice. 
• Capable to elaborate and provide feedback on major equipment down times. Chronological events and actions taken. 
• Statistical Process Control knowledge is an added advantage. 

REQUIRED:

• Diploma in any Engineering
• Working experience not more than 5 years are encourage to apply

SKILLS:

• Good command of English
• Operation of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of Control System
• Basic understanding of Machine programming language such as PLC will be added advantage
• Ability of operate CAD/Computer Programming language such as Python/C++ will be added advantage.
