As a Technology Architect on our Platform Product team, you will help Redesign Health’s business and business leaders enable and drive business outcomes through the strategic use, implementation and support of technology.
Reporting into the VP of Technology and Security, you will serve as a “swiss army knife” that can cross into many different technology disciplines based on the needs of our organization, including but not limited to Business Analysis, Systems Administration, Security/Compliance, and so on.

What you'll do:- Provide senior-level technology thought leadership, guidance, and mentoring
- Strategically apply technology-based solutions to key initiatives for the business (such as Customer Relationship Management/Salesforce Architecture, Design, and Support, Project Management, Intranet, Security/Compliance, etc.)
- Ensure existing and future company technology solutions are well architected, as well as fit for purpose/fit for use
- Build out technology related programs, processes, and practices, standard operating procedures and standard operating guidelines, and inform our Technology roadmap
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and other functional team leadership, to ensure we're creating integrated solutions and avoiding duplication or tech sprawl across our technology solutions
- 10+ years of technology-related experience; exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
- 5-7 years of experience in a Technology Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role
- Strong business acumen; ability to identify business-based needs, identify relevant technology solutions, and partner with other Technology teams (Systems Admin, Business Analysis, Technology Operations, etc) to accomplish them
- Familiarity/experience with critical business technology solutions such as CRM, ERP, etc., specifically Salesforce
- Familiarity with information management practices, systems development lifecycles, IT service management (ITSM), infrastructure and operations, etc.
- Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), low/no-code tools such as Coda or Airtable, JIRA, Hubspot, and ZenDesk
- Broad knowledge of different technical skillsets from a business perspective (systems admin, business analysis, etc)
- Ability to collaborate and consider different approaches; you can talk through potential short-comings and trade-offs in the fast approach (relative to scale, performance, error handling, security, etc.) and how they would be solved more generally
- Drives Results. Has a strong bottom-line orientation. Persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.
- Balances Stakeholders. Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. Balances the interest of multiple stakeholders.
