Team: Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technology Enablement Analyst based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the successful adoption of enterprise technology solutions within a fast-growing, remote-first environment. The role focuses on enabling teams to maximize the value of internal platforms through effective training, documentation, communication, and change management initiatives. You will play a key role in measuring technology adoption, optimizing enablement strategies, and supporting continuous improvement. Accountabilities

  • Develop and lead end-to-end enablement strategies for enterprise technology initiatives, with a strong focus on internal AI tools and digital workflows.
  • Plan and execute change management activities, including communication plans, training sessions, workshops, office hours, and adoption campaigns to ensure successful technology rollouts.
  • Monitor platform adoption, user engagement, and feedback, continuously refining documentation, training materials, and enablement programs based on measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide leadership with visibility into technology performance, utilization, and return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with technology, engineering, operations, product, customer success, and go-to-market teams to support system integrations and organization-wide technology adoption.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, knowledge bases, runbooks, and onboarding resources that serve as trusted references for employees.
  • Requirements

    • At least 5 years of experience in technology enablement, technical program delivery, organizational change management, technical training, or a related field.
    • Proven success leading technology adoption initiatives, process improvements, or enterprise software rollouts across multiple departments.
    • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through effective documentation and training.
    • Experience creating structured enablement content, process documentation, and knowledge management resources.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and business teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics, interpreting data, and using insights to optimize enablement strategies.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
