High performing charter school is seeking a dynamic Physics teacher to join our supportive and innovative school community. The position is for Physics, AP Physics and one section of Honors Biology. Illinois teaching license required. Responsibilities - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive educational experience for students - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed - Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student performance and progress - Stay current on best practices in science education and implement innovative teaching strategies - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge in the field of science education.
