We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with an active Top Secret security clearance to join our team. As a Senior IT Project Manager at True Zero, you will lead and oversee large-scale IT implementation projects for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead large-scale IT implementation projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on large-scale IT implementations.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
