Tradesman/Journeyman Plumber ** Sign on Bonus**

Job Summary The main responsibility of this position is to ensure quality control in the plumbing business and guide those employees responsible for sales. * Duties and responsibilities • Perform maintenance, installation, and repairs on plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures, including drain cleaning, flushing, and hydro jetting • Install, maintain, and repair water, sewage systems • Maintain and repair drainage, catch basins, sump pumps, underground piping, and drainage and sewer systems • Sewer leak locating • Experience working in tunnels • Diagnose and service existing plumbing hardware • Install water heaters • Install and repair plumbing fixtures • Assist management, as needed with general plumbing tasks and repairs, as required in the Houston/San Antonio/Austin area as needed (within the State of Texas) • Follow and comply with all Local, State and Federal guidelines and requirements Preferred: • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Bilingual a plus, but not required • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills Required: • Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative • Hand and power tools Essential Job Duties • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently • Must be able to reach, kneel, squat, crawl, drive • Oversee the installation process of plumbing systems • Assist with troubleshooting problems • Maintain professional appearance and demeanor • Meet or exceed customer service expectations • Be respectful in dealing with others • Be respectful in dealing with customers • Maintain a safe working environment Working conditions If the job requires a person to work in special working conditions this should be stated in the job description.
