- Performs training needs analysis (TNA) to identify/validate skill and/or knowledge gap.
- Designs and develops training programs that address identified performance gaps.
- Delivers training and refreshers. Creates assessments to measure learning (L1 and L2 evaluation).
- Performs post-training evaluation of courses conducted.
- Tweaks training content and materials as needed.
Job Characteristics:
- Proficient in the use of MS Office 360, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Has at least 2 years working experience in Training (preferably Voice and Accent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Is organized and has great attention to detail
- preferably has experience using authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline, etc.
- Good eye for design preferred
Job KPIs:
- 100% completion content creation/revision of at least 2 courses/modules per month (turnaround time of =< 2 weeks per module/course)
- =>90% eLearning score post course evaluation
- =>90% OSAT score post course evaluation
- =>80% NPS score post course evaluation
- =>90% Facilitator score post course evaluation
- 100% completion of LMS administrative tasks (i.e. onboarding/offboarding employees on training platforms, uploading of training modules or courses, LMS layout design)
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5, Windows10, MacOS BigSur 11
- Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
- HD webcam/camera
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
- A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview).
- Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (eventually)
Pay rates start at $5.00/hour and vary by experience and location.
