Transformation Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Transformation Project Manager based in India.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end projects focused on operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational transformation while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple functions. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully, balancing timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations. • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of transformation and strategic business initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust comprehensive project plans to ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues that may impact delivery.
• Provide clear and regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency around progress, milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance activities while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking action items.
• Drive project management best practices, capture lessons learned, and support continuous improvement across project delivery.
• Assist with change management initiatives to encourage successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering transformation, process improvement, technology, or strategic business initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience or certification in change management is considered a plus.
