- BLS - Basic Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NIH Stroke Certification
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- Job Details
- ED 3x12
- 5 years preferred of current ED experience. (will consider with 3 years if solid experience)
- NY License in hand
- Minimal RTO: 7 days or less
- ED nurses are required to read rhythms and must pass a hospital proctored test that requires >80% accuracy in rhythm identification and 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms
- EPIC-charting exp
- Omnicell-Med system
- Skills: Telemetry
- Preferred: Triage, Level 1 trauma
- Locals NOT ACCEPTED
- Local Radius: 50 miles
- FLU VACCINE REQUIRED BY 11/1
- Flu season start 12/5. Will need Flu vaccine. If medical or religious exemption then we will need exemption 2 weeks prior to start to get approved.
- Must be willing to float if needed at managers discretion according to skillset.

- Government issued photo ID required.
- Flu vaccine required by 11/1.
- Traveler must have TSH Medical History form filled out at physical.
- Traveler must have N95 OSHA questionnaire form filled out with fit test.
