Job Description

Given our tremendous growth over the past year, we are expanding our team and are looking for a Treasury Manager to continue to help transform the organization to the next level and become a best-in-class finance organization.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent attention to detail, can work cross functionally, as well as, independently.  You will be responsible for identifying and implementing best practices and improvements in cash forecasting, treasury operations, and day-to-day cash management which may include foreign currency hedging programs. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop drive and implement strategies to manage liquidity needs
  • Collaborate with Finance and  own Treasury’s weekly and monthly cash flow forecast processes and global cash positioning
  • Provide ad-hoc advice on topics such as capital injection in subsidiaries, cost of capital, and inter-company loan agreements
  • Monitor and report debt covenants, FX exposure, and recommend FX hedging opportunities
  • Implement a new Treasury Management System and build scalable treasury policies and procedures to enhance compliance under a controlled environment
  • Manage day-to-day tasks including bank KYC support, user-entitlements, corporate credit card program administration, and cash disbursement approvals
  • Ensure all financial reporting, audit, and SOX deliverables are met timely 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Corporate Treasury 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well have the technical skills to provide guidance on treasury systems
  • Experience with processing and accounting for foreign currency transactions and related hedging programs a plus
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have good verbal and written skills to articulate ideas and plans clearly, accurately, and effectively with all levels of internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator who can  provide effective solutions and guidance to others on complex, international financial activities or decisions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

The base salary range for this position is 120,000 - 183,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
