UAS Assessment RN - Bilingual - New Grad Registered Nurse

Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for new RN Graduates with bilingual abilities for an Assessment RN position for a Managed Care Plan servicing New York. 8-12 visits per week, depending upon position. Will consider New RN candidates. Bilingual Languages preferred! Qualified candidates will be able to visit members in their homes. Available areas include:Manhattan (Cantonese/Mandarin or Spanish), The Bronx (Spanish or Bengali), Queens (Cantonese/Mandarin or Bengali), Rockland County, Orange County, Ulster County, Duchess County, Putnam County or Sullivan County.Qualified candidates will have reliable transportation, NYS RN License, Bilingual Language ability for certain areas. Experienced UAS RN's with bilingual language ability also in need! Summary: The Assessment RN will independently conduct functional, psychosocial and environmental safety assessments, determine eligibility of enrollees, and establish an individual plan of care that enables them to remain safely at home despite long-term care needs. Great listening and communication skills with a culturally diverse population that includes caregivers as well as other providers along with time management skills will be key to success. Qualifications: • New RN Grad with Current NYS RN license and registration • Associate's Degree • Bilingual Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Bengali, preferred!
