As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll work with MetroStar and Government personnel to develop a technical analysis and recommendation for implementing a standard User Interface/User Experience throughout the Marine Online Family of Services, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you’ll do:
- Work in an Agile environment, along with Application Engineers and Functional Analysts, to conduct technical analysis of current information to provide a recommendation of implementation of UI/UX.
- Assist in providing technical recommendations identifying impacts to software, hardware and support services.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Ability to define, plan, and assist in the analysis of implementing an overarching UI/UX strategy.
- Ability to assess/create/implement UI components, interactions, and interfaces that are useable, accessible, and scalable.
- Experience conducting usability testing to improve processes and interactions.
- Demonstrated ability working with business owners and stakeholders advocating for user needs.
- Experience working with a cross-functional team to deliver usable and engaging products.
- 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX user experience engagements
- The ability to obtain DOD Secret Security Clearance (Interim Secret to start).
