Position Overview
You’ll be joining our innovative product team in building a game-changer SaaS platform that empowers global business and HR professionals to manage and pay their global workforce with state-of-the-art technology and a unique, simplified User experience.
A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking to expand our team by hiring a new
UI/UX Designer for our Platform Services portfolio, a team player who is ready to make the role their own and bring their own ideas and innovations to the table. Reporting to the Design Manager, Platform Services, you will be joining our Atlas Platform team and designing new innovative experiences for our customers. You will get the chance to work on all parts of the application with a team of brilliant minded and outcomes driven people
Key Responsibilities
· Act as a strategic thought partner to the product, design and development teams.
· Lead the design of useful, usable, and desirable products and solution
· Own the end-to-end process for user research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, mockups, final design and implementation.
· Design complex navigation flows. Turn functional requirements into simple user journeys.
· Establish and promote UX/UI design guidelines, best practices and standards based on user behavior.
· Works within the product team, reporting directly to the product owner
About You
· 5+ years of UI/UX experience
· Bilingual (English and LATAM Spanish) is a must
· Creativity and attention to details with hands-on experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI designer (portfolio required).
· Experienced in applying design thinking process for a wide range of problem solving activities.
· Expert in conducting design thinking workshops.
· Expert with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Xd.
· Previous experience with B2B SaaS solutions is a plus (HRIS, Payroll, Tax or Payment Process companies will be preferred).
· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Have an understanding of product development and software implementation process (no coding required).
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
· Organized and meticulous attention to detail.
· Excellent collaboration, communication skills in English
