This position focuses on maintaining a strong security presence, preventing trespassing, and ensuring the property is occupied only by legitimate patrons. Position Details: Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday (with flexibility to adjust days as needed) • Hours: Varying shifts with start times between 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM • Employment Type: Full-time, with the possibility of overtime • Pay: Starting at $19.00/hour • Availability: Must be willing and able to work any shift as scheduled • Responsibilities: Provide high-visibility vehicle patrols throughout the property • Monitor and deter trespassers, ensuring only patrons are on-site • Make frequent contacts with transients and take appropriate action when necessary • Document all activity and incidents accurately using Silvertrac software • Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional manner • Maintain a strong security presence while delivering excellent customer service • Requirements: Active Arizona unarmed guard card (required) • Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR • Reliable transportation to and from work • Professional appearance and demeanor • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Highly reliable with a strong work ethic • Ability to take initiative and pride in job performance • Comfortable making a high number of contacts with transients daily • Strong observation and reporting skills • Why Join United Security?
