Unarmed Security Guard – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Tuesday–Saturday (Phoenix, AZ)

We are seeking a dependable and professionalUnarmed Security Guardfor a daytime fixed-post assignment inPhoenix, AZ 85009. This position involves maintaining a secure and orderly environment at a high-traffic facility. Guards are expected to remain alert, courteous, and proactive in managing site security and access control. Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Full-time, consistent schedule) Location: Phoenix, AZ 85009 Key Responsibilities: • Control site access and verify authorized personnel • Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity or loitering • Provide basic directions to site visitors, including parking guidance • Remain in assigned post area and maintain situational awareness • Report safety issues, incidents, or suspicious behavior promptly • Use two-way radio communication and follow detailed post instructions Qualifications: • Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card (required) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to stay alert and on-foot throughout the shift • Previous security experience is a plus but not required Additional Information: • This is a stationary post with no routine patrols • Shade or cover provided for outdoor assignment • Site-specific training and orientation included If you are punctual, professional, and committed to safety, we encourage you to apply.
