Unarmed Security Officer - NW Seattle (24-26phr)

Overview Noble Protection Group, LLC, is seeking Security Officers to provide a visibly deterrent presence for clients in a retail environment. Active unarmed Security Guard Licenses issued by the Washington State Department of Licensing are an absolute requirement for this role. Schedule Will be discussed at interview. Qualifications • Unarmed security licenses are a non-negotiable requirement! • Strong observational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Great customer service and verbal deescalation skills • Must possess a working smart phone and have the ability to use smart apps. • Must be physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time. Starting wage is $24 - $26 per hour. Pay is bi-weekly, via direct deposit. Responsibilities • Provide a visible presence to ensure safety. • Manage conflict situations with effective conflict resolution skills. • Collaborate with management as needed and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. • Uphold all security policies and procedures to protect staff and customers.
