Description:

UX Design Intern

· Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in design courses.

· Preference to candidate that has some examples of work in a portfolio or similar presentation

· Some experience in Figma or Sketch.

· Ability to work with clients to understand requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.

· Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions.

· A solid grasp of user-centered testing methodologies.

· Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

· Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.

· A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.

· Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.

· Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

· Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

· Bachelor's degree a MUST

· Take ownership of UX Research projects as assigned.

· Work collaboratively with a lead researcher/designer on UXR projects as assigned

· Create research plans to solve software or other business problems.

· Choose and employ most effective methods to answer a research question or

· Problem (e.g., contextual inquiry, card sorting, usability testing protocols).
