About the Point72 Compliance Product Development team:

As Point72 reimagines the future of regulatory technology, our Compliance Product Development team is responsible for delivering best-in-class compliance and surveillance tools in support of our Firm’s holistic surveillance program. Our work involves evaluating a broad range of technologies, doing custom development, and integrating with multiple upstream and downstream data sources and systems. We focus on innovation and excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative working environment.

As a UX Designer on the Compliance Product Development team at Point72, you will:

• Design exceptional products from start to finish, participating in all phases of design, from definition to development and optimization
• Iterate actively with prototypes at all levels of design fidelity, informed by user research, market trends, and business goals
• Communicate and share often in written, verbal, and visual formats to create alignment and move work toward implementation
• Collaborate regularly with engineers to ship high-quality experiences

• A user-centric mindset that identifies user needs, defines clear solutions, and delivers them through detailed design
• Versatility to design in low and high fidelity and to choose the most efficient and responsible process for the job at hand
• The ability to connect business strategies, available technologies, and design solutions to deliver best-in-class user experiences
• The ability to integrate feedback, validate, and iterate on our products while keeping our customers in mind
• Strong organizational skills
• Previous experience with remote work

Specifically, you will need:

• 5+ years of product experience as a user experience designer creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions for large-scale enterprise products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools and familiarity with development—experience with Sketch, InVision, or Zeplin is preferred
• Previous experience designing data visualization in the form of graphs and dashboards
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills—you will be collaborating with others and presenting your work regularly
