This role is focused on driving commercial growth through active field sales, customer relationship management, and consultative selling. You will be responsible for engaging clients directly in the field, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty. The position plays a key role in expanding and maintaining the customer base through proactive prospecting and strong post-sales follow-up. You will also participate in promotional activities and events that strengthen brand presence in the region. Working in a dynamic sales environment, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, combining autonomy with performance-driven targets. Accountabilities:
- Conduct consultative field visits to customers, identifying needs and offering tailored product solutions.
- Manage and expand a client portfolio through regular visits, relationship building, and active business development.
- Prospect new customers and reactivate inactive accounts to grow sales within the assigned territory.
- Perform order follow-up, customer onboarding, and monitor delivery processes to ensure service quality.
- Provide post-sales support and track customer satisfaction to strengthen loyalty and retention.
- Participate in trade fairs, promotional events, and brand activation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate customer records, order tracking, and sales documentation.
- Ensure proper product application by delivering consultative sales focused on efficiency, safety, and value.
- Completed high school education (mandatory).
- Valid CNH category A/B or B.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in field or external sales roles (experience in the automotive or tire sector is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Basic computer literacy for customer registration and sales tracking systems.
- Proactive attitude with interest in active prospecting and customer acquisition.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently in a field-based role.
