Vendor and Logistics Coordinator (MX)

About the Role

The Vendor and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for facilitating our vendor relationships and ensuring expectations and goals align with customer (Farmer or Farm Labor Contractors) needs. Additionally, your role is crucial to ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Worker Logistics team tasks are on time and that our project deadlines are met.. You will assist the broader Worker Logistics team in managing caseloads, prioritizing / deprioritizing activities, and supporting a team of analysts to ensure timely delivery. This role is a hybrid role and encourages 2-3 days in office. 

Responsibilities

• Liaising the efforts that allow thousands of farmworkers in Mexico, Central America, and South Africa to temporarily and safely migrate to the U.S to get life changing opportunities.
• Assisting in project execution using task management tools and frameworks; activities include client communication and coordinating third party partners.
• Identifying process improvement opportunities so the company can build systems, tech and automation around it. 
• Assisting the Operations Analyst in Vendor kickoffs calls, communication and post-arrival follow up.
• Set expectations clearly and upfront and maintain high engagement and satisfaction across a broad group of customers.

Skillset

• Bachelors or Associates degree highly preferred

• Fully Bilingual - Professional English + Native Spanish.
