This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on driving new business growth and expanding enterprise customer acquisition across North America. You will lead vertical-focused sales strategies within a fast-scaling AI-driven SaaS environment, shaping how the organization enters and wins in key markets. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution, including pipeline development, deal closure, and team leadership. You will build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team while directly influencing revenue outcomes and forecast accuracy. Acting as a key market-facing leader, you will engage senior decision-makers and C-level executives to position value-driven solutions. Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute vertical-specific sales strategies across North America to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle, from opportunity creation and pipeline development to deal negotiation and closure
  • Build, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
  • Monitor and manage sales forecasting, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and consistent pipeline tracking
  • Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to sales team members to improve performance and consistency
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across target accounts
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning within target verticals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and customer success outcomes
  • Drive execution of scalable and repeatable sales methodologies to support sustainable growth
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role managing full-cycle enterprise sales teams
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding new business and revenue targets in SaaS environments
    • Strong experience selling enterprise software solutions, ideally within financial software or order-to-cash platforms
    • Demonstrated ability to sell and influence C-level stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
    • Experience building, scaling, and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-paced growth environments
    • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on customer value and business growth
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
    • Ability to execute structured sales strategies while adapting to evolving market conditions
    • Master’s degree preferred but not required
