Job Description

Team: Finance

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) in United States.

This senior finance leadership role sits at the center of a rapidly scaling, technology-enabled healthcare services organization, driving enterprise-wide financial strategy, forecasting, and performance optimization. You will transform complex operational and clinical data into clear financial insights that guide decision-making across AI-driven care delivery, revenue cycle management, and digital health solutions. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, you will shape long-range planning, capital allocation, and margin improvement strategies. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on financial modeling in a highly dynamic, innovation-focused environment. You will also support investment decisions and M&A activities that directly influence global growth. This is a high-impact position requiring strong analytical rigor and the ability to operate across global business models.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, aligning financial strategy with enterprise growth objectives and AI-enabled healthcare operations.
  • Build and maintain advanced driver-based financial models to improve forecasting accuracy across multiple business units, including RCM, clinical support, and AI-driven services.
  • Partner with operations and product leadership to optimize margins, improve unit economics, and support the transition toward AI-augmented delivery models.
  • Develop and monitor enterprise-wide KPI dashboards covering profitability, cash flow, and operational performance metrics.
  • Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning for M&A activities and strategic investments.
  • Support capital allocation decisions by evaluating ROI and financial impact of major technology and infrastructure investments.
  • Requirements

    • 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior FP&A or finance leadership roles.
    • Strong background in healthcare services, RCM, or health-tech environments (SaaS/BPaaS strongly preferred).
    • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and enterprise planning in complex, multi-business organizations.
    • Experience supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence, integration, and synergy tracking.
    • Advanced proficiency in FP&A and BI tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, NetSuite Planning, or Power BI.
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Experience working in global operating models (e.g., US–India delivery structures) is a strong advantage.
    • MBA or CPA/CMA preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive base salary range of $175,000 – $250,000 depending on experience and qualifications
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan
      • Paid time off and holiday benefits
      • Opportunity to work in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven healthcare technology environment
      • Exposure to AI-enabled transformation initiatives and global operations
      • Equal opportunity workplace with inclusive employment practices.
