As a Business Manager in JPMorgan Private Client you will partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to organize manage and deliver initiatives aligned to our service model. You will help translate business priorities into clear plans coordinate stakeholders and track progress to drive timely high-quality outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects supporting priority initiatives
  • Define project objectives scope milestones and deliverables with business leaders
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align on timelines dependencies and decisions
  • Facilitate working sessions and governance routines to maintain execution momentum
  • Develop concise updates materials and reporting for leadership and stakeholders
  • Analyze performance data and metrics and communicate insights and implications

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • 2+ years of experience in project management business management operations or a related role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to decision support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create executive-ready materials using standard presentation tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholder groups
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change
  • Proven ability to operate with accountability reliability and appropriate independence 
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience supporting initiatives in retail banking consumer banking wealth management or a client-facing financial services business
