Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Vice President, Revenue Acceleration and Sales Enablement to join us on this exciting journey.  The VP of Revenue Acceleration and Sales Enablement, reporting to the CRO, will build and lead the team that creates and delivers the global Bishop Fox sales enablement program including MEDDIC roll-out, playbook development and roll-out, sales academy creation, and delivery. They are expected to work cross functionally and collaborate with all departments to build a fully integrated sales enablement ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the global sales enablement team 
  • Create and lead Business Value Services offerings 
  • Provide end-to-end program development, delivery, measurement, and communication of all programs 
  • Identify and prepare instructors for deep learning and immersive scenario-based programs (both in-person and virtual) 
  • Develop and manage messaging in support of the execution and success of each learning program 
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Product leadership to anticipate enablement needs 
  • Own enablement calendar 
  • Design and management of metrics-based systems to track success and needs of programs 
  • Identify and integrate new learning and sales engagement technology stack 
  • Model a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods (e.g., assessments, survey’s, focus groups, etc.), evaluating learning effectiveness, and recommending changes to optimize the learning experience 
Requirements
  • Background in solution engineering, product management, product marketing, sales or technical enablement 
  • Deep understanding of selling security technology 
  • Experience managing people with a drive for excellence and exceptionally high standards 
  • Force Management and MEDDIC expertise 
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and related tasks, people, and deadlines 
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a dynamic, fast moving organization 
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds 
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels 
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done  
  • Keen attention to detail; relentless pursuit of quality 
  • Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative, cross functional environment
