About the role and why it’s unique:
- You’ll be a key player in building our Hospitality efforts from the ground up, directly impacting our gaming revenue by ensuring a top-tier experience for our VIP customers.
- This position allows you to be hands-on with some of the most exciting events and experiences in the industry, directly contributing to our brand’s reputation and client loyalty.
- You will be part of a growing team focused on creating unforgettable, best-in-class experiences for our most important clients.

Who you are:
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Exceptional digital organization skills.
- A proactive communicator who excels in customer service and client relations.
- Motivated by high-energy environments, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Even better if you have:
- Experience in hospitality management or event coordination.
- A background in working with high-profile clients or within the sports and entertainment industry.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining valuable assets or resources.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for event management, ticketing, or CRM systems.
- An understanding of the unique needs and expectations of VIP clients, with a focus on personalized service and attention to detail.
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $63,000 and $70,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
