Our platform presents customers with these offerings as a seamless, consistent experience.
The VP of Engineering is responsible for ensuring each product is consistent in look and feel, and that the products are deeply connected with each other. They enhance each other in a way that is only possible if all of our Camps are aligned and laddering up to a single architecture. The engineering leads of each Camp report to the VP of Engineering, and it will be your job to help them grow in their roles and align to the technical vision, and to support them as they build out their unique product offerings within our unified platform.

- Work closely with product and design leadership to execute our product strategy.
- Define and drive the engineering and talent strategy for how we continue to evolve and grow our product platform and the teams supporting it.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders across the organisation, creating an environment where they deliver the best work of their careers.
- Champion key initiatives across the organisation to improve product quality and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

- Exceptional people skills and experience leading multiple teams of teams, as well as managing engineering managers.
- Strong communication skills, both in one-to-one situations as well as one-to-many in a variety of mediums.
- Been around engineering teams for long enough to know which questions to ask, and to recognise when recognise when something is amiss.
- A remarkable eye for talent, and solid track record of developing great leaders.
You are
- A strategic thinker. You are someone who understands that we play the long game, and that meaningful progress takes time to achieve.
- A brilliant coach. You recognise that the key to success is to work through others, supporting and enabling leaders.
- Deeply empathetic. You are curious about other humans and work out what makes them tick.
- An inspirational leader. You are someone who is capable and driven by creating an environment where your team is able to realise their careers.

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
