THE ROLE
The Client Development VP will be responsible for growing revenue at assigned existing clients. They will identify opportunities, marshal and align internal resources and expertise, create effective presentations, and ultimately get clients to act upon recommended solutions. Success is defined as exceeding revenue targets for each assigned account. You will work with other highly successful and driven team members.
Responsibilities
- An individual contributor or manager role that is responsible for high revenue growth (30-50% annually) by scaling existing solutions or introducing new solutions.Â
- Manage internal and external complexity to deliver measurable business impact for client and high client satisfaction.
- Create and deliver customized solution opportunities that address the client’s business needs.
- Build long-term relationships with key client constituents and manage client expectations.
- Identify obstacles and competitive threats, and successfully navigate them.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for people who have:
- 10+ years of Sales success with enterprise clients.Â
- Success selling managed-service media campaigns with data-driven media and measurement.
- Growth mindset and open to coaching.
- Knowledgeable and articulate across multiple channels:Â email, display, video, OTT/CTV, direct mail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with high expectations.
- Ability to assess client needs and build solution strategies.
- Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling.
- Strong inside and outside game.
- Analytically oriented and intellectually curious.
- Strong quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques.
- Understanding of consumer marketing.
- Strong negotiator.
- Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization
- Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment
- BA/BS with strong academic record
- Telecomm vertical experience a plus
COMPENSATION RANGEÂ
The compensation range for this role is $200,000.00 - $275,000.00, depending on location and experience. Â
