About Us:

Inspiration is the world’s first specialist investment and asset management platform exclusively focused on accelerating the electrification of transportation in North America. We provide capital and turnkey Electric Vehicle (“EV”) fleet-as-a-service solutions, including charging, to enable commercial fleets to “go electric” as easily, quickly and profitably as possible. Our business invests in, develops, and manages the real assets (including electric vehicles, EV charging infrastructure, and related real estate) that enable the electrification of transportation at scale. Backed by three of the world’s leading energy and infrastructure investors, we aim to dramatically accelerate fleet electrification in North America while building the leading pure-play, diversified EV infrastructure platform.

This role sits within our Fleet team, where you’ll be an important part of continuing to drive our leadership as the first and only Fleet Management Company built from the ground up to accelerate EV adoption and deployment (an “eFMC”).

Your Mission:

Your mission is to build and lead our Fleet Advisory & Analytics team, utilizing your industry experience, analytical and consulting skills, big data, and the latest fleet technologies to guide our clients toward their goal of achieving 100% fleet electrification over time. You will develop customized fleet electrification plans, utilizing data-driven strategies to help prospects and clients achieve cost reduction objectives, fleet optimization, corporate sustainability, and improved driver behavior. In addition to performing analyses, you will also own and drive the evolution of our suite of EV Transition products and services.

You will be part of our broader Delivery function, working directly with our Sales Team on transition analyses for prospects and collaborating with our Customer Success Team on customer fleet electrification planning, customer retention, and other expansion activities.

You will report to our VP of Customer Delivery, Colin Sng.

The Legacy You’ll Leave:

As a result of your time in this role, you built out a key Inspiration differentiator, which helped us acquire and delight customers while materially accelerating their transition to EVs. You and your group worked closely with customers to ensure they achieved optimal results for their fleet, simultaneously helping Inspiration lease more vehicles and grow our services base. You quickly became our subject matter expert (SME) on our fleet electrification analysis and planning. Your exceptional performance, extensive experience, keen eye for detail, and innovative approach resulted in an increased customer base, delighted customers and prospects, and led to high customer retention rates and deeper engagement.

The added bonus? Your efforts in electrifying fleets made a substantial impact on combating climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, paving the way for a decarbonized planet for future generations to enjoy.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Own our suite of EV Transition products and collaboratively drive its evolution based on customer feedback and input from our internal teams and subject matter experts
  • Conduct and present our custom EV opportunity assessments to potential clients, highlighting the advantages of electric vehicles and partnering with us in a positive and proactive way
  • Further support our sales process by providing value calculations and additional comparison analyses to help drive prospects’ fleet electrification adoption
  • Build comprehensive fleet electrification plans based on client goals, needs, and existing vehicle fleet, updating the plan over time based on evolving market conditions
  • Collaborate with our Customer Success Team in leveraging additional data-driven strategies and insights to advise and guide our customers’ overall fleet electrification and optimization efforts, including cost analyses, value modeling, benchmarking comparisons, and vehicle optionality
  • Be one of our SMEs on Fleet-related services and change management strategies to help remove barriers to fleet electrification for our prospects as well as existing customer base
  • Partner with our Customer Success Team to identify additional areas of need for each customer and where we can continue to add value for the customer
  • Leverage the data generated by our connected EVs to identify new opportunities for value-added analytics that benefit our customers as well as to drive innovation within our teams
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for the Fleet Advisory & Analytics team, continuing to improve team processes and performance, particularly in support of new customer acquisition as well as existing customer expansion & growth

Who You Are:

  • You have 10+ years of analytics, consulting, or finance experience, with a background in fleet management and FMCs (fleet management companies)
  • You have successfully built and led teams, particularly ones with customer-facing responsibilities
  • You have a proven track record delivering on KPIs, including meeting both internal and client-driven timelines
  • You are an analytical thinker and thrive on deriving impactful insights from data
