Job Description
The Vice President of Global IT and Corporate Systems reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and is responsible for developing strategic plans and implementing corporate IT initiatives that support the long-term goals of GHX. As a key leader of the Technology Leadership Team, the VP of IT and Corporate System is focused on user experience, quality of service, process improvement and IT innovation. The position is also responsible for managing the development and acquisition of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and employee and external customer delivery experience. This role will drive strategy & roadmap development, planning & execution, structure & leader capability building.
Duties and responsibilities (5-8 bullets)
- Provide global IT and Corporate System standards, services, M&A integration across GHX North America, India, and European businesses
- Develop and implement global IT and Corporate System strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs; both internally to improve workplace productivity and automation, and the continued development and continuous improvement of customer-facing features
- Build, develop & manage a diverse IT and Corporate Systems organization focused on sustainable, scalable, and cost-effective operations
- Identify and drive IT and Corporate System efficiency & effectiveness by managing roadmap, projects, OKRs, budgets and resource allocation with a hands-on, solution-minded and customer appreciation approach
- Identify, select, and effectively manage the appropriate external vendors to complement in-house resources and capacity/capability.
- Guides and lead change, managing existing and emerging risks and vulnerabilities within the Company’s IT and Corporate Systems tech stack architecture
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment related to required capabilities, systemic or operational deficiencies by developing and communicating a KPI and SLA-based approach for infrastructure, networking and services including Help Desk support.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience working in an organization as a member of the technology team, 5+ years in a senior leadership role

SaaS experience, Colorado based

- Problem-Solving is a core competency by demonstrated ability to frame and solve difficult and complex problems, engaging the right people, managing trade-offs and driving solutions
