Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end revenue operating model establishing a single enterprise view of pipeline forecast risks and deal execution
• Lead global Sales Operations including processes tools governance and data integrity across CRM quoting and forecasting
• Define and execute sales enablement strategy spanning onboarding readiness playbooks and continuous capability development
• Translate enterprise and Business Unit strategies into actionable sales plans coverage models and capacity plans
• Drive adoption of AI automation and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy deal quality and sales productivity

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations Sales Strategy or related fields
• Experience leading enterprise-scale sales or GTM transformations
• Strong commercial financial and analytical judgment
• Proven ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business analytics or a related field
• Experience building disciplined operating rhythms across Sales Finance and Supply Chain
• Demonstrated use of AI automation or advanced analytics in sales or revenue environments
• Track record of designing scalable operating models that improve revenue predictability

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$256150.00 - $364380.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.
