Web and Graphic Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Web and Graphic Designer based in Brazil.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept to final delivery in a fully remote environment. You will create engaging websites and marketing assets that balance aesthetics, usability, and conversion-focused design principles. Working across digital experiences and visual branding, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce polished, high-quality deliverables that support business growth. • Design and mock up user-friendly, conversion-focused websites with a strong emphasis on usability, visual hierarchy, and customer engagement.
• Manage multiple design projects from initial concept through revisions and final delivery while maintaining timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Apply UX best practices to structure homepages and key landing pages that provide intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Collaborate on website messaging by refining headlines, hooks, and page structure alongside content teams.
• Create high-quality graphic assets, including social media creatives, print materials, and digital marketing collateral.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across all digital and marketing materials.
• Perform website content updates, layout improvements, and template adjustments within WordPress.
• Continuously leverage modern design tools and AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency, creativity, and production quality.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of professional experience in web and graphic design within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in website design, branding, and digital marketing materials.
• Experience designing intuitive, conversion-focused websites with a solid understanding of UX and usability principles.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress, including content management, theme customization, and layout updates.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance design quality, productivity, and creative processes.
• Excellent written English skills with strong spelling, grammar, and communication abilities.
• Experience supporting healthcare or dental clients is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and independently own project outcomes.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms is a plus.
