Job Description:

• Responsibilities:

  • Perform additions and modifications to communications, collaboration tools, and applications.
  • Conduct investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new hardware and software to meet requirements.
  • Provide direct support for daily operations of communications and collaboration tools (e.g., network hardware, operating systems).
  • Evaluate system utilization, monitor response times, and detect and correct operational problems.
  • Utilize knowledge of hardware and software installation and maintenance in a services environment.
  • Plan, analyze, design, develop, document, test, and administer cybersecurity systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Support infrastructure, capabilities, and programs.

• Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years of related work experience.
  • Education: 2 years of related work experience OR 2 years of college education.
  • Must be on EST or CST
