Job Description

• Able to develop, test, implement, and document moderately complex programs.• Participate in business and technical reviews and determine appropriate changes/modifications necessary for conversion processing.• Able to analyze system processing to enhance system performance.• Able to communicate with team members, client and stakeholder groups about system processing.

Skill Requirements

• Experience working with Wealth Management Accelerator (wmA) / VANTAGE-ONE policy administration systems required.• Experience working with COBOL, JCL, DB2 or other relational databases, Microfocus development environments.• Experience in converting and/or working on Life & Annuity policy administration systems.• Three or more years of programming experience.• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field preferred.• Communication skills to work effectively with team members, stakeholder groups, and clients.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Experience Level

• Three or more years of analysis/programming experience.• Three or more years of experience working with Life & Annuity policy administration systems required.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $70,400 - $105,600.
