Workday Integration Developer

As a Workday Integration Developer at Nextdoor, you will be responsible for scaling the Workday’s ecosystem by designing and developing integrations across HCM and Finance business processes. In this role, you’ll partner with business and cross-functional technical teams to serve as subject matter expert for Workday integrations, as we continue to grow.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Responsible for all existing and new Workday integrations in the People and Finance Systems team
• Design and develop new scalable integrations while partnering with business and cross functional teams effectively
• Have a clear understanding of end to end business requirements before developing solutions
• Understanding of Workday integrations systems security and secure the data by least privilege principle
• Responsible for day to day operations by monitoring integrations, addressing errors and taking preventative actions to avoid future errors
• Document all new integrations comprehensively and create runbacks for all existing integrations including security, schedules, common errors and triaging techniques
• Passion for continuous improvement, constant learning and ability to adapt new technologies

• 7+ years of experience with Workday integration architecture and integration tools such as Studio, EIB, Connectors etc and the ability to perform at an advanced level in the domain
• Must have experience with developing web services and RaaS integrations
• Experience in developing integrations with 3rd party vendors especially in HCM space
• Experience with Workato or similar no-code integration tools
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
• Workday Extend knowledge is plus 
• Experience working in Agile methodology
