The Workforce Management Analyst will be responsible for reporting and analyzing intra-day, daily, weekly and monthly metrics for the Patient OOperations department, including Patient Sales, Patient Adherence, Client Support and related tickets, Pharmacy Relations, and EQ Connect. |
