Workplace Service Delivery Associate Manager

The Cluster Lead/Associate Manager delivers all workplace operations and executive support services on site within a medium to large and complex location or a medium to large number of Accenture locations within their country. Service includes exec support, A/V support, catering, document, switchboard, reception, floor support, building maintenance, cleaning, mail delivery, logistics and/or storage and Security.

• Accountable for the implementation and ensure the delivery and quality of various office support services for a specific location or function.
• Set and enforce policies and service standards, ensuring appropriate corporate control and local business relevance
• Ensure the delivery of services is in line with predefined standards
• Oversee Accenture's Workplace Solutions operations across all Accenture business entities
• Lead the relationship management between Workplace Solutions and other customer groups, Corporate Functions and user groups to ensure correct alignment with business priorities
• Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision within the areas of responsibility (including succession planning and people development strategy)
• Account for the integrity of key human resources processes including career development, salary reviews, recruitment processes and performance management
• Provide leadership, direction, development and employee supervision within the areas of responsibility (including training strategy
• May, in partnership with Marketing & Communication, actively plan, develop, and deliver elements of local Marketing & Communications support, which may include local newsletters, postcards, portal updates, client event support and local communications
• Manage resources to ensure the delivery service levels are achieved.
• Manage positive relationships with all internal and external customers/vendors and independently resolve escalated issues.
• Monitor quality and productivity of staff via feedback and direct observation.
• Responsible for people management processes to include career counselling, performance management, training development needs and disciplinary action when necessary in accordance with local legislations and rules.
• Supervise and evaluate work of team members.
• Provide team building, employee recognition and motivational activities
• Provide input into headcount and direct non-payroll plans.
• Monitor budgets, report variances and recommend corrective action.
• Manage contract relationships with external service providers.
• Review and improve service process to optimize local service delivery.
• Provide data on operational effectiveness to management as needed.
• Monitor attendance and verify Time Reports.
• May be single point of contact for AWS in a specific location.
• Workspace planning
• Reviews and updates asset inventory and valuations under his custodianship
• Adheres to PDC policies on security with regards to usage of Accenture assets such as IT equipment, information assets etc.
• Required to report IT or Non IT security incidents affecting his area of responsibility
• Maintains Confidentiality of sensitive documents
• Ensure closure of all audit findings (ISMS Internal Audit, Client Audit, Certification Audit/Continual Assessment)
