As a member of our team, you will help schedule and deliver workshops to our customers. We use a wide range of software to get our job done while creating a seamless experience for the clients. On the workshops team, we value high performance, authenticity, and empathy.

What You’ll Do:

The workshop specialist will help schedule workshops and support the technology and audience during our sessions. You’ll frequently be conducting client calls, managing schedules, and supporting general operations. This role interacts with our clients, trainers, and cross-functional partners.

  • Ensures a successful event by managing technology.
  • Leads introductory webinars.
  • Facilitates discovery and introductory calls with clients.
  • Schedules workshop and interacts with the company POC prior to the event.
  • Ensures proper data entry and reporting after workshops.
  • Offers best practices for our clients utilizing Calm Workshops.
  • Schedules follow up calls if desired to assess the sessions and their impact.
  • Attends client-facing calls.

Who You Are:

  • Understand the mental health objectives of customers and is able to align workshops to meet those objectives.
  • Develops rapport easily with administrators and other key stakeholder(s), knows how customers measure success, provides timely impact reporting to admin or CSM 
  • Tech savvy. You’re interested in learning about different software and using it to make life easier.

Nice-to-Haves: 

  • Background in health and wellness and customer service.
  • Well versed in technology including but not limited to: Prezi, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Sumo Scheduler, ZenDesk, Salesforce, Vevox, Confluence, and gSuite.
