Position Overview We are seeking a motivatedWound Care Marketerto join our team inJacksonville (Duval County) and St. Augustine (St. Johns County), FL. This role focuses on building strong relationships with facilities, referral partners, and providers to generate new patient referrals and expand our wound care services. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, results-driven, and passionate about connecting patients with the specialized care they need. Responsibilities • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources (ALFs, SNFs, home health agencies, physicians, etc.) • Promote Bliss Specialty Healthcare Group’s wound care services to facilities and healthcare professionals • Facilitate new patient admissions and ensure smooth onboarding processes • Collaborate with providers to identify and coordinate eligible wound grafting opportunities • Submit weekly activity reports and maintain accurate referral tracking • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times Qualifications • Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or referral management preferred • Knowledge of wound care, long-term care, or healthcare services is highly desirable • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently • Reliable transportation for travel acrossJacksonville (Duval County) and St. Augustine (St. Johns County) Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary • Commission per new patient admission • $1,000 bonus for each new wound graft referral • Monthly phone and car stipend • Company credit card for approved business expenses • Opportunities for performance-based salary increases and career growth Schedule • Full-time • Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed for facility visits and events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,712.36 - $68,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance Work Location: On the road
