Xamarin Developer

MetroStar is looking for an experienced Xamarin Developer that loves building line-of-business applications. If you want to join a company that values mission-critical work and are open to working remotely, we want you to work for MetroStar!

You'll love our opportunity if you have: (This is the stuff you MUST have to be a fit)

• 2+ years of experience creating XAML; or C# development
• the ability to develop business logic for Xamarin applications
• an understanding of mobile devices capabilities and how to create quality experience in a Xamarin based application
• a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• an active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one

We'll REALLY love it if you have: (This is the bonus stuff that makes you stand out)

• experience working in cross-functional Agile / Scrum teams
• experience developing custom mobile offline functionality
• experience with one of following: WPF, Windows Application (WinRT or UWP), Xamarin Forms
• a solid understanding of best practices in mobile UX design
• excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• analytical and troubleshooting abilities
