conceptualize and create audienceaware infographics presentations print materials custom illustrations diagrams graphs icons social content and other collateral<li> <li>Collaborate with a virtual and multidisciplinary internal team on projects of varying scope complexity and duration<li> <li>Aid executives in designing PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations<li> <li>Uphold design best practices and contribute to improving team workflows<li> <li>Ensure project timelines are met and communicate updates with urgency frequency accuracy and transparency<li> <li>Cultivate effective working relationships with team members and internal stakeholders providing and receiving feedback respectfully<li> <li>Design both print and digital assets including social media posts brand guides catalogs books and PowerPoint decks<li> <li>Collaborate with creative and business partners to align with visual systems creative guidelines and strategic objectives<li> <li>Create original designs within established layouts and form factors adhering to design principles and brand guidelines<li> <li>Extend visual systems and brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes<li> <li>Prepare optimized files for creative reviews<li> <ul><p><b>Professional qualifications<b> <p><ul><li>5+ years of design experience in agency global brand or tech environments<li> <li>Experience with MLAI tech in design processes<li> <li>Demonstrated experience in digital media content social media and digital advertising in portfolio<li> <li>Strong understanding of design principles trends and best practices<li> <li>Curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas and techniques<li> <li>Excellent time management skills and ability to deliver projects on time with accuracy and attention to detail<li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe design apps and Figma<li> <li>Experience with 3D design motion design and coding for design<li> <li>Ability to embrace diverse perspectives and foster inclusivity<li> <li>Superior organization and multitasking skills<li> <li>Fluency in PowerPoint and presentation tools<li> <li>Ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly<li> <li>Broad experience in
