AIaaS division of NICE NICE is the AI leader in CX selling our Enlighten AI solutions through a wide variety of our CX solutions <p> <p>Do you want to build something no one else is building This role will build out a new solution selling our AI through Microservices to developers across the CX landscapea completely new market for NICE It is the best of both worlds launching a startup backed by a large organization with significant available resources <p> <p>Do you want to play a part in building out a new market opportunity for NICE We are actively seeking a versatile and resultsoriented Productled Growth Marketer to join an AI as a Service AIaaS division within NICE in a Product Marketing Manager role The ideal candidate is a selfstarter with an indepth understanding of contact center technology a demonstrated track record in product marketing and a passion for driving growth and awareness in an evolving technology landscape <p> <p>The successful candidate will support the productled growth of a new solution centered around selling our AI through microservices to developers across the CX landscape using a completely new sales motion to enter an entirely new market for NICE This team represents the best of both worlds within the organization playing a role in launching a startup backed by the financial strength and resources of a large organization <p> <p>The ideal candidate will play a lead role in endtoend content development and execution across product marketing including crafting compelling product presentations and datasheets generating whitepapers awardwinning and market leading NICE AI technologies on an asneeded basis eliminating friction from the customer experience while deploying an entirely consumptionbased pricing model We are using the latest technologies and are working in a collaborative fastpaced fun environment <p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<strong> <p> <ul><li>Work closely with Product Engineering and Marketing teams to build out roadmaps to drive growth strategies <ul><li>Partner with the broader Marketing and Product Management organizations to develop and refine the definition messaging and positioning of solutions<li> <ul><li> <li>Conduct thorough market research to identify trends competitive landscape and customer needs <ul><li>Work with the Product team to infuse roadmap with competitive and market insights executing creative strategies to bring new products to market maximizing growth opportunities<li> <ul><li> <li>Drive strategies that create meaningful growth impact by eliminating friction in user journeys maximizing free accounts and upgrade conversions and improving customer engagement and retention<li> <li>Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with the identified target audience <ul><li>Craft clear and concise value propositions that highlight the unique features and benefits of our AIpowered solutions<li> <ul><li> <li>Develop and maintain marketing collateral including thought leadership pieces infographics web content social media messaging brochures and datasheets <ul><li>Develop and maintain sales support materials and tools including sales decks playbooks product descriptions and other customerpartnerfacing collateral<li> <ul><li> <li>Conduct training sessions to keep the partner ecosystem updated on the latest product features and competitive positioning<li> <ul><p><strong>Qualifications<strong> <p> <ul><li>At least three 3 years of product marketing customer marketing or growth marketing experience in a SaaS company<li> <li>Knowledge of and deep familiarity with productled growth techniques and tactics<li> <li>Experience creating marketing collateral<li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<li> <li>Highly organized and experienced project manager that is passionate about technology<li> <li>Selfmotivated and enjoys a fastpaced environment<li> <li>Knows and understands how businesses work as well as which strategies and techniques to use to affect both customer experience and bottomline<li> <li>Education Bachelors Degree required<li> <ul><p><strong>About
