be reimbursed mileage tolls and parking fees Rates of compensation are $30 per mile traveled to and from patient starting at the office location staff or home and all reimbursements for tolls parking etc will only be reimbursed with a receipt<li> <li>Routine Maintenance appointments and up keep of the company vehicles are the responsibilities of the drivers of these vehicles<li> <li>Expenses for
