for the company car oil changes and pre approved expenses by direct supervisor or the accounting supervisor in advance of purchase<li> <li>When a company vehicle is not available the staff member will be reimbursed mileage tolls and parking fees Rates of compensation are $30 per mile traveled to and from patient starting at the office location staff or home and all reimbursements for tolls parking
