They should also have 12+ years of work experience establishing and managing analytics in the financial services, credit card, consulting, and/or payments industry, 3+ years of leadership/managerial experience, and 5+ years using statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, Python to perform data mining and complex statistical analyses.
